"Keeps buffering at night"
Most nights the stream freezes or buffers a lot, which gets annoying when I’m just trying to watch something. I also wish the instructions or troubleshooting tips were clearer, because I’m not always sure what I’m supposed to try to fix it.

I mainly needed something that would work without fuss on both my phone and my TV, so I didn’t want to overcomplicate it. So far, I haven’t had any device issues, and that’s really all I was looking for.

The payment ended up working okay, but the billing part was a bit confusing. I would’ve appreciated a clearer breakdown or some kind of confirmation along the way just to reassure me that everything was being charged correctly.

"App is smooth, but I keep running into the same annoyances"
I’ve been using HBO GO Asia for a while now, and the app runs smoothly on my phone. Videos load fast, and I don’t get a lot of buffering even when my WiFi isn’t that great. The layout is easy enough to figure out too, which I appreciate. That said, I do find myself getting annoyed by the same little things over and over. Sometimes the menus feel a bit clunky, sometimes it takes a moment to find what I want, and sometimes it just feels like the app could be more polished. Nothing major, but it’s the kind of stuff I keep noticing again and again. Still, compared to other streaming apps I’ve tried that crash or freeze all the time, this one works well overall
"Pretty good value for what I watch"
For the price, hbogoasia.ph has been worth it for me. I mainly use it for HBO shows and the occasional movie, and there’s enough there to keep me subscribed. The app does get a little slow sometimes, and I do wish they added new titles a bit faster, but... yeah, overall I’m happy with it. Not perfect or anything, but good enough for what I need.

"I can get into my account fine..."
I can get into my account fine most of the time, but every now and then it takes a couple of tries before it actually lets me in. It doesn’t seem like anything is seriously wrong, maybe the login page is just a bit slow or picky sometimes. Overall, it’s not too bad, just mildly annoying when it happens.

"Good selection overall, but I did notice a few things missing"
I’ve been happy with the mix of HBO shows and movies on here overall. There’s definitely enough to watch, especially if you’re into the big HBO series or want to rewatch some older favorites. That said, I did find myself searching for a couple of newer titles I assumed would be available, and they just weren’t there, which was a little disappointing because I had kind of planned on watching them. It’s not a huge deal, since there’s still plenty of good stuff included, but the library doesn’t feel quite as complete as I expected. Still, I’d say it’s good for casual watching.

"Got back in way faster than I expected"
I got locked out after switching phones, which was annoying because I just needed to get in quickly. Anyway, support replied within a few minutes, and before I could get too frustrated, they had it sorted. No endless back and forth, no confusing steps. Just simple and a relief.
